The role

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to undertake a variety of people operations duties and help grow our team! It’s a great opportunity for a person with a ‘project’ mindset that:

Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee journey and constantly optimize it to ensure a seamless and exciting experience for new hires and employees.
  • Ensure that employee records are up to date, from contracting, administering HRIS, processing annexes and contract changes, and providing relevant employee-related data to managers.
  • Coordinate L&D initiatives and talent programs in the company.
  • Assist managers in performance management procedures, helping them to achieve wider goals of the organization.
  • Ensure good communication in employee-related topics, including procedures, and organizational changes, being the voice of our general slack channels for employees.
  • Spearhead knowledge management and knowledge-sharing in the organization, being the primary caretaker of our notion knowledge repository and guide for internal experts.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team, analyzing metrics and being able to use data to solve problems and design solutions.
  • Actively promote wellness in the workplace and support healthy habits.
  • Design and coordinate team events, from get-togethers in offices (Kraków, Oslo), through hybrid & remote, and off-sites.
  • Support other selected People & OD-related activities, being a partner to employees and managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position in an international, tech company.
  • An action-oriented problem-solver.
  • An inquisitive mind and a positive mindset always looking for solutions.
  • Self-disciplined, with good organizational and time management skills for yourself and others.
  • Working knowledge of human resources processes (people operations) and best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Strong ability in using digital tools to optimize work and fluency using digital teamwork tools.

Great assets

  • Additional education in Human Resource Management/ Organization Management.
  • Experience working in a scaling-up organization/department.
  • Formal education in Psychology and/or Organization Development.
